Our precious Scout had a difficult beginning, yet she refused to let it harden her heart. She chose to trust and bring joy instead.
It is so easy to become hardened by the fear and division around us. God reminds us that we have the power to stay soft and open our hearts wider.
We cannot fix all the suffering in the world, but we can let our love loose on the world and stand beside someone who feels forgotten today.
